22nd April Saturday:

  Arrival of Turkish and Croatian groups late afternoon. Teachers to the hotel, students to the families.

  Evening:  18:00 Concert of the brass band (optional)

23rd Sunday:

  Morning – with families

  Lunch – with families (Teachers – restaurant)

  Afternoon: Free time or optional trip to the mountains or a nearby town

  Teacher's dinner – Ibrahim

  Evening: Arrival of the Italian and German groups

24th Monday:

  8:30 Official opening by the headmaster

  Ice-breaking games, PPT: The Book of Vineshots

  10:00 Celebration of the Book of Vineshots in Jurisich Square

  Money exchange

  11:30 Lunch: Restaurant / families

  12:45 Getting to know Kőszeg – tour of the town, freetime

  14:30 Introduction of the school in groups

  15:00 –17:30  Funny competition in the school gym

  18:00 – 20:30 International cuisine   

 25th Tuesday:

  8:20 – 9:20 Presentation of each nation’s school and town/city

  9:30 Lecture by a former student – "The Light in the Universe" (András Kovács Phd.)

  10:30 Workshop I in groups: Light and the environment

  13:30 Lunch: Restaurant / families

  14:30 Mayor’s official greeting in the Town Hall

  15:30 Workshop II – Making presentations in computer rooms

  17:00 Hungarian dances (practising them!)

  19:00 Teacher's dinner – Portéka

26th Wednesday:

  One-day trip to Budapest

  Bus tour of the city, The Basilica, Margaret Island, The Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion

  Lunch: Cactus Juice Gastro Pub

  Dinner on a Boat on the river Danube (the lit Parliament)

 27th: Thursday:

  8:20 – 9:20 Experiment on light by Dr. Mátrai István / Environmental studies PPT by Ádám Cserkuti, former student   
                   (in two groups, they rotate)

  9:30 School excursion to the Old House Lookout Tower and Seven Springs in the mountain

  13:30 Lunch: Restaurant / families

  Taking a shower

  16:00 Workshop III – Finalising and practising the presentation

  Rehearsal for the cultural performance for the students

  Meeting for the teachers to discuss the next (Croatian) project meeting

  17:00 Rehearsal in the Auditorium 

  18:00 – Common cultural performance of the 5 nations

  20:00 – Farewell dinner

28th Friday:

  8:30 - PPT presentations on LIGHT (the result of their Tuesday workshop)

  10:30 – Visit to the Castle (Book of Vines) and to the Heroes’ Tower

  13:00 – Lunch: Restaurant / families

  14:15 - Italian and German delegations leaving for Vienna airport.

  Croatians leaving for home by bus. Saying goodbye.

  Afternoon - Optional programs for those who stay:

       Tour to the mountain / Free time / Visiting the botanic garden and nature  centre

29th Saturday:

  Turkish delegation is leaving for Vienna airport (around 9:00)
